While some items maybe similar to the work of other artist, or may contain accents that are mass produced, we strive to present our individuality as unique. Therefore, with that uniqueness, our creations are handmade and not mass produced. Payment We accept Paypal, checks and moneyorders. We prefer Paypal. A 7% sales tax for the state of Florida must be imposed on every article we sell. We do try to keep prices reasonable in these economic times. Items picked up locally will not be charged a shipping fee, however, if the item is not picked up as prearranged, we do reserve the right to charge a nominal conviennce fee. Shipping If shipping charges are less than the published fee(approximation), the adjustment will be automatic and you will charged the current fee (plus or minus). Hopefully that translates to a savings for you. Refunds and Exchanges All sales are final once they are shipped. Shipping will occur within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of payment. This also includes the clearing of personal checks. If you wish to cancel your purchase, we must be notified before the item is shipped. Additional Information On the real side. Items do break (glass), or get lost. In some cases, repair or replacement might be possible,depending on the extent of the damage. Contact me and I will try to assist you as much as I can. If it is an item of another artist work, I may not be able to help...and of course repair fees and shipping fees do apply. The recreation of an item is defined as: I will come as close as possible, however, recreation of an item is subject to material availability, and changes in processes for development. Ergo, nothing is ever the same as the original.
